The service
YTProof is a free card creation tool. It generates sample cards or cards using authorised estimated YouTube revenue. There are no subscriptions or payment credits. YTProof is independent and is not endorsed by Google or YouTube. Use of YouTube API features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Be accurate
Sample data must not be represented as connected earnings. Estimated YouTube revenue can be revised and is not profit, confirmed payment or a bank payout. Reporting dates are stated on cards. Proof pages provide the original server-rendered video and recorded earnings. File comparison establishes whether a file exactly matches that original; a mismatch can reflect ordinary re-encoding. Do not misrepresent earnings, channel ownership or affiliation.
Your profile, uploads and exports
Sign in and claim a username before creating a card. Handles are unique and permanent for the account; claiming one does not establish ownership of a matching name on another service. Do not impersonate other creators. Every export publishes its video and earnings record on your public profile, including anonymous videos. Sample cards remain visibly unverified. YTProof branding is included in every export.
You are responsible for permission to use uploaded images, videos and audio and for how you share cards. You retain rights in your content and grant the permissions needed to process selected media, render your card and publicly display your requested exports and profile. Inputs are temporary; published cards expire within 30 days and can be removed in settings. Built-in procedural backgrounds and original demo music may be used in YTProof exports.
Availability
Browser codecs, hardware, server rendering capacity, Google authorisation, channel eligibility, quota and report availability affect what works. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or complete reporting for every channel. Missing or incomplete reports are not treated as zero revenue. Profiles are limited to 50 cards and 1 GB of stored videos per account.
Account and access
Register with a unique username, private recovery email and password, or continue with Google and claim a username. Google users can add a password in Account settings. Only connect channels you are authorised to access. Access is session-limited and may expire before your login session; reconnect to retrieve new reports. Disconnecting YouTube removes published connected proofs. Account deletion removes your profile and stored cards, but cannot remove downloaded or independently shared copies.
Operator and launch
This installation’s operator is responsible for public contact details, hosting, applicable legal notices, Google OAuth verification and API policy compliance before public launch. These terms do not limit statutory rights.
